Oleg Brusilovsky

Foil Coach

Oleg Brusilovsky is a foil coach and master with 40 years of fencing experience. He has a master degree in Physical Education and Fencing from Kiev Institute of Physical Culture. Oleg is a former Soviet Union Champion, many time medalist and was also a five-time Ukrainian Champion in foil. He has represented Ukraine and the Soviet Union in the World Championships and many international tournaments over his 15 years as a fencer.

Oleg has worked at Academy of Westchester, where several of his students have become National Champion (Sylvie Binder-national champion Y-12, Liana Semel-Junior Olympics second place and Madelon Rosenfeld-Veteran National Champion and World finalist). Prior to that he served as the foil coach at the Blade Fencing Club in the NYC, where he trained two members of the United States National foil team.

For past two seasons, Oleg has coached at Cornell University.
